Recently, our leadership team embarked on an exciting journey to Malaysia to meet with Global Support Service (GSS), at the prestigious Malaysia Eco City during 12 September and 13 September 2024.

Our agenda

To discuss the development of a transformative software solution that will revolutionize the way we manage events, memberships and finances. The meeting was critical in laying the groundwork for a cutting-edge system designed to elevate organizational operations across multiple sectors.

The Vision for the Software

The project envisions a powerful, integrated platform with three key pillars:

1. Event Management System – Streamlining the planning, coordination, and execution of events, from small workshops to large-scale conferences. This system will offer features like online registration, attendee tracking, scheduling, and real-time updates.

2. Membership Management System – A robust tool to help organizations manage their members efficiently. From registration to renewals, communication, and engagement tracking, the system will ensure a seamless experience for all users.

3. Finance Management System – This component will be the backbone of financial operations. It will simplify budgeting, financial reporting, invoicing, and expense management, ensuring transparency and accountability for organizations.

A Milestone in Collaboration
